1. Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Sangeetha Softwares ("we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile apps — including SudokuZen — and this website.
Our design principle is privacy-first. SudokuZen works entirely offline: game progress, stars, streaks, statistics and your Brain Passport are stored only on your device. There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no servers that collect your gameplay.
2. What we collect
We do not collect, store or transmit any personal information from you, and we never sell data. SudokuZen does not request access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone or device identifiers, and we do not operate analytics or crash-reporting systems of our own. The only information involved in using the app is the limited data processed by the advertising and billing services described in section 3 — and even that is handled by Google under its own privacy policy, not by us.

3. Third-party services
Like most free apps, SudokuZen relies on a small number of well-known third-party services, which may process limited data under their own policies:

This service runs on Google Play services, which may process standard platform data on your device. We encourage you to review the Google Privacy Policy to understand how Google handles data for advertising.
4. Advertising
SudokuZen on Android displays ads served by Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial and rewarded video ads. Google may use advertising identifiers to show relevant ads and to measure ad performance. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy.
You can disable personalized advertising at any time in your device's Google ads settings.
5. Notifications
SudokuZen may schedule local notifications — for example, daily reminders for the Daily Challenge. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device and never transmit any data to us. You can enable or disable them at any time in the app's settings or in your system settings.
6. Children's privacy
SudokuZen is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13. It contains no user-generated content, chat or social features. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address in section 11 and we will delete it. Note that the free version displays ads served by Google, whose data practices are covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Data security
Because our apps store data only on your own device, there is no central database that could be compromised. We follow secure development practices in our code and rely on Google's infrastructure for the limited third-party processing described above.
8. Your choices
- Clear app data at any time from your device's app settings
- Disable notifications from the app's settings or your system settings
- Opt out of personalized ads via Google's ads settings
- Uninstall the app to remove all local data
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where practical, notify you through the app. Continued use of our apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
